Job summary

TEEMA in Vancouver is seeking an experienced lawyer to join a boutique commercial litigation practice. You will handle sophisticated disputes, advise clients on strategy, and take ownership of files in a collegial, less-bureaucratic environment.

This role offers autonomy to shape litigation strategy, meaningful advocacy, and a sustainable approach to practice with flexible working arrangements and strong client outcomes in a balanced workload.

Qualifications

• Membership in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
• Established litigation experience, ideally in commercial disputes.
• Experience advising clients on litigation strategy and dispute resolution.
• Confidence building client relationships and communicating practical advice.
• Strong judgment, a dependable work ethic and ownership of your files.
• A commitment to client service and a collaborative approach to practice.
