Responsibilities include:

1. Configuring Linux servers as per requirements
2. Troubleshooting issues related to Linux Servers
3. Having experience with distributions such as RHEL, SUSE, Ubuntu, CentOS, and others
4. Updating patches on servers
5. Upgrading servers to latest versions
6. Performance monitoring and troubleshooting
7. Configuring failover IP
8. Working with vendors during severity 1 issues
9. Managing Satellite server: creating content views, managing hosts and host groups, upgrading Satellite, managing activation keys, troubleshooting connectivity issues
10. Hands-on experience with AIX, VIO, and HMC: upgrades, firmware, failover, maintenance, HMC updates, live partition mobility, troubleshooting
11. Installing and configuring AIX OS and servers
12. Supporting AIX OS for software applications
13. Maintaining and upgrading AIX OS
14. Working outside business hours for critical issues
15. Following Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management processes
16. Managing multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
17. Exhibiting excellent analytical and organizational skills, working with dispersed teams
