We are launching Abe Agency, a new social media advertising consultancy within Directive, aimed at delivering innovative LinkedIn marketing strategies for B2B clients. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, transformative project.

About the Role

The LinkedIn Strategist (Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising) will work directly with mid-market and enterprise clients, managing communication, strategy development, and campaign execution. You will gain experience in creating high-performing LinkedIn strategies for B2B businesses. This position reports to the Associate Director and is integral to our LinkedIn media team.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and oversee multiple social media accounts.
  2. Support client contacts directly.
  3. Coordinate weekly with vendors and partners to ensure alignment and quality.
  4. Develop quarterly strategies for clients.
  5. Create and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.
  6. Understand client positioning and value propositions.
  7. Ensure lead routing accuracy within CRM systems.
  8. Manage personal productivity and utilization.
  9. Collaborate with the Associate Director to meet goals.
  10. Understand and leverage programmatic campaigns.
  11. Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through client relationships.
  12. Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including copywriting and targeting.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a digital marketing agency, preferably with B2B focus.
  • Deep expertise in paid social advertising, especially LinkedIn Ads.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn ad units such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV, etc.
  • Proficiency with platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense.
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising principles and campaign optimization.
  • Experience analyzing campaign data with tools like Google Analytics, Excel.
  • Proven success managing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent storytelling with data and strategic communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset, curious, and industry-aware.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel approximately once per year per client.

  • Align with core values in all interactions.
  • Manage about five mid-tier or enterprise accounts effectively.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs related to client growth, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Build trust and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Communicate results clearly to clients and stakeholders.
