  • Collaborate with Business Affairs on funding and insurance applications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for on-screen talent/subjects. Manage expectations, handle requests, and negotiate contracts and schedules.
  • Ensure systems for secure file sharing, data backup, and wrap procedures are in place.
  • Review production safety manuals/protocols, oversee Vancouver post-production communication systems, and manage external vendor relationships.
What we are looking for
  • A problem-solver who enjoys working in a high-paced environment and enjoys managing a large team.
  • 5-10 years prior experience in Production Management.
  • Technical/Creative Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically strong Excel and Word skills). Knowledge of both field and post-production elements in factual television. Experience with Movie Magic is a major bonus.
  • Abilities: Superb verbal and written communication skills, sharp negotiation tactics, and excellent problem-solving abilities in real-time. Able to handle difficult conversations.
  • Eligibility: Currently legally eligible to work in Canada.
