Job summary

Cactus Club Cafe in Coquitlam is looking for a dedicated Line/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. As part of a recognized Platinum member of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, you'll prepare exceptional dishes and contribute to a fun work environment.

Line/Prep Cook Responsibilities

Our Line/Prep cooks are the heart of our culinary artistry, ensuring each dish is exceptional. They excel in a variety of cooking methods to bring out the best flavors and textures in each dish. Our team is comprised of dedicated and talented cooks, armed with a passion for the culinary arts. They are able to advance their culinary journey by working with some of the world’s finest menu offering.

• Versed in food safety to ensure the highest standards are executed.
• Experienced in completing inventory checks for food items.
