The Mission We Are Proposing:

Under the supervision of our Supervisors, you will coordinate employees on your production line, ensuring work and product quality, as well as smooth equipment operation.

An Overview of Your New Position

1. Report staffing needs to the Team Leader and communicate absences and delays.
2. Operate equipment on the packaging line and make minor mechanical adjustments as needed.
3. Collaborate with the Team Leader to plan staff breaks.
4. Use and explain production documents to employees when necessary.
5. Ensure the accuracy of production documents.
6. Participate in training day laborers on your line.
7. Promote team spirit, collaboration, respect, and company values.

You Are the Ideal Candidate If You Have
