Job summary

Cineplex Inc. is seeking a part-time Line Cook to join The Rec Room Square One in Mississauga. You will be responsible for daily food preparation, adhering to recipes and presentation standards, and maintaining stock levels in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Daily set-up and preparation of food items in pantry, fry and/or stations.

• Clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
• Adhere to all regulations including blood borne pathogens, infection control, hazardous materials, and fire safety.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested by chef or sous chef.

Hourly Line Cooks have a range of responsibilities in the kitchen including strict adherence to health and safety guidelines, maintaining food stock levels throughout the day, and preparing meals consistent with company standards.
