Job summary

Dexterra Group in Hamilton, Ontario is hiring a Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen and uphold food safety, cleanliness and consistency standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of kitchen experience, a culinary diploma or equivalent, knowledge of food safety, and the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a commercial kitchen or high-volume operation.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent experience considered an asset.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and safe handling.

• Food Handler Certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Strong knife skills and cooking techniques.
