Montana's BBQ & Bar in Cochrane, AB is seeking a Line Cook to help deliver outstanding BBQ dishes to our guests. You will prepare and plate food according to standardized recipes and portion sizes, contributing to a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen.

You\'ll work with a friendly team, maintain cleanliness and food safety standards, and support prep and line duties as needed. Previous line cook experience is a plus; we offer flexible scheduling and competitive wages.

Responsibilities

• Complete line check pars to ensure that enough product is prepared and kept ready for service.
• Ensure the quality of food is outstanding each and every time.
• Plate food to specifications to create a great dining experience.
• Perform opening & closing procedures as instructed.
• Keep your work area, utensils & product equipment in a clean, sanitized state at all times.
• Complete cleaning jobs outlined by management teams.
• Adhere to all Food Safety policies and procedures.
• Complete Food Safety logs, as required.
