Six Pints Collective is currently seeking a Line Cook to join our team at Granville Island Brewing in Vancouver, BC. The taproom showcases our beer selection by offering a finely tuned menu tailored to complement our year-round, seasonal, and small batch brews. Reporting to the Taproom Manager, the Line Cook serves as a Customer Service Ambassador by ensuring that the food we serve always meets or exceeds our standards of excellence.

What you'll be brewing :

• Provide consistently professional, friendly, and proactive guest service while supporting team members.
• Ensure timely and consistent preparation of all food items and event menus, following recipes and established standards.
• Continuously seek to improve food preparation and presentation by contributing suggestions during daily shift briefings.
• Maintain proper product rotation in coolers to minimize waste and spoilage.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
• Adhere to all kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols when handling food and beverages.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma / GED is required.
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
• Kitchen and/or Line Cook experience is required.
• Food Safe certification is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating effectively in a team.
