Job summary

That's Italian Ristorante & Catering in Vaughan is seeking a full-time Line Cook. This role requires assisting the chef with service, maintaining a clean work station, and helping with inventory. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience, a strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, and a good command of the English language.

We're looking for a full‑time, experienced line cook to help our chef during service. Duties include:

• Assisting on the line with cooking
• Helping with inventory
• Maintaining a clean work station
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Great working knowledge of Italian cuisine.
• A good command of the English language.
• Knowledge of the Italian language is REQUIRED. Both oral & written.
• Food-handler certificate and/or the expectation of obtaining one within 6 months of hire.
