Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a line cook or similar kitchen role.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Fluent in English or French and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to recipes and plating guides.
• Set up workstations with all ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Prepare ingredients (chopping, peeling, trimming) for cooking.
• Dress dishes for presentation before serving.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Check ingredient quality and freshness.
• Train fellow cooks within the section.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
