Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; professional food services diploma preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of cooking experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation, food handling, and presentation practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Provincial alcohol server certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily food items in pantry, fry, and other kitchen stations.
• Set up station according to guidelines and restock as needed.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Maintain station cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.
• Assist with cleaning and organization of walk-ins and storage areas.
• Prepare meals for customers with allergies or intolerances.
