The Nash Restaurant Company Ltd in Calgary, AB is seeking experienced line cooks to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

The line cook will handle food preparation, inventory control and expert time management, in a creative, professional kitchen. A minimum of 1 year of line cook experience is required; culinary diploma is an asset but not required. Qualifications

• basic food safety
• culinary diploma is an asset but not required
• must be eligible to work in Canada
• standing & walking (10 + hours per day)
• lifting minimum of 25 lb consistently throughout the day
• must have basic understanding of hot & cold cooking techniques
• modified 4 day work week
• eligible for benefits after 1 year of full-time employment
