Browns Socialhouse Surrey Centre is looking for a Sous Chef / Kitchen Leader! We seek someone who is a strong communicator and leads by example. Candidates should have at least 1 year of successful kitchen management experience, with a focus on food and labor cost control.

Reports To : Zack Page

Role / Responsibilities

  • Learn, observe, and maintain Browns Socialhouse systems and operations
  • Execute food to specifications and standards
  • Manage food, labor, and kitchen costs
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and food cost analysis
  • Supervise menu rollouts, training, and quality control
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of kitchens
  • Ensure timely food delivery to guests
  • Train, develop, and motivate staff
  • Produce food within budget
  • Ensure high-quality food production and presentation
  • Follow proper food safety practices
  • Manage inventory receiving, storage, and rotation
