Under the direct supervision of the 1st Cook, this position is responsible for the execution of menu item production, maintaining all company standards and adherence to safety and hygiene policies and procedures. The role contributes to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing, cooking, and presenting menu items in a timely manner, following standardized recipes.
2. Submitting food product requirements for purchasing.
3. Preparing garnishes, sauces, dishes, cutlery, and other products for high-volume production.
4. Cleaning kitchen equipment after use according to health and safety policies.
