Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective is seeking a Line Cook to join Bluebird, a wood-fired steakhouse in Banff National Park. You will prepare and cook dishes to uphold high standards while collaborating with the chefs and kitchen team in a fast-paced mountain setting.

This role offers a wage of 20.00–24.50 CAD per hour plus tips, staff housing, discounted food, and opportunities for growth across our venues. Health benefits begin after 6 months, and you’ll be part of a team that values community,

We’re seeking a Line Cook to join us at Bluebird! Bluebird is a wood-fired steakhouse featuring the best of Alberta beef including your favorite classic cuts and all-day-roasted Prime rib. Bluebird is where brunch and cocktails collide into fireside lunch which glides into happy hour and then swooshes into dinner where the après begins.
