Job summary

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is hiring a Line Cook for a part-time position in Williams Lake, BC. You will join a kitchen team, process orders, and prepare dishes to high standards. Wages range by cook level, with options for Cook 1, Cook 2, and Cook 3.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a cook position or equivalent culinary experience.
• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or comparable education preferred.
• FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate (BC) is an asset.
• Experience with knife-cutting techniques and knowledge of food safety preparation.
• Ability to lift items weighted similar to a crate of potatoes and stand for long periods.

What You Bring
