In your role, you will consistently provide our guests with an outstanding dining experience by adhering to our standards of quality and service. We will prepare and support you for success in your role and ensure you work in an environment that maintains high standards and a positive, winning team attitude.

Responsibilities:

  1. Communicating with management before shifts regarding daily menu needs, special functions, or events.
  2. Ensuring the kitchen is ready for service before the restaurant opens (e.g., sanitizing work areas, stocking supplies, preparing raw ingredients).
  3. Preparing food items according to company standards while accommodating guests' special requests.
  4. Inspecting food orders to ensure proper presentation, portioning, and recipe adherence before serving to guests.

Skills & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary diploma is an asset.
  • Passion for culinary excellence.
  • Availability to work a variety of restaurant hours.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
