Looking for experienced line chef for a seasonal position at a golf course and banquet facility. The position will be between the months of May to October (full-time). Minimum 5 years line experience. Optional experience in catering and banquet services. Many perks including golf, tip pool and the ability to work both front and back of the house. Up to date Food Handlers Certificate required. Great team atmosphere! Great position for anyone that enjoys a position in the warmer months in Ontario and has other opportunities in the winter months.
Our team works together and responsibilities change with the day's activities. First responsibility is to the kitchen: prep, execution of menu, cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen equipment and space. Other responsibilities may include helping in the front of the house and working in our banquet facility. Our team is small and everyone works together to get the job done.
Required: Food Handlers Certificate, ability to work with others, 5 years line cook experience.
Optional but helpful: Smart Serve, serving experience, banqueting experience.
