Job summary

Holloway Lodging o/a Quality Inn Yellowknife is seeking a Light Duty Cleaner for on-site work in Yellowknife. The role is permanent and pays $21.00 CAD per hour for 32 hours per week, with duties including hotel cleaning and guest assistance.

Experience in hotel housekeeping and English proficiency are preferred. The position requires physical work and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
• Dust furniture.
• Vacuum carpeting, draperies and upholstery.
• Make beds and change sheets.
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries.
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Clean and disinfect elevators.
• Handle and report lost and found items.
• Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Wash windows, walls and ceilings.
