General Description: A cleaner is responsible for cleaning tasks including dusting offices, vacuuming, cleaning all hard floor surfaces, washrooms, and collecting and removing garbage from drop points to a garbage bin.

Position: Light Duty Cleaner

Schedule: 5:30 pm to 11:30 pm (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Empty garbage containers, reline them, ensure washrooms are clean and in proper order
• Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, hand sanitizer, etc.
• Transport garbage from drop points to garbage bins or compactor
• Sweep, mop floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpets
• Disinfect and polish stainless steel fixtures and appliances in washrooms, door handles, walls, and countertops
• Participate in all relevant training and adhere to all health and safety regulations as outlined by the company
• Report any damaged or broken utilities to the supervisor
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Additional duties may be required from time to time
