Job summary

Rose PR Inc. in Montreal, QC is seeking a highly organized PR Account Coordinator. This entry-level role supports lifestyle brands across beauty, fashion, food & beverage, hospitality and consumer sectors. In-person four days a week, one day hybrid; ideal for someone with a foundation in lifestyle PR ready for more responsibility.

You will collaborate with Account Managers to research, pitch media, monitor coverage, and prepare reports and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of lifestyle PR experience.
• Bilingual English and French.
• Diploma or degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or a related field
• Strong understanding of the Canadian media and influencer landscape
• Strong writing, research and communication skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
• Comfortable with both PR execution and hands-on tasks
• Familiar with social media trends (Instagram, TikTok)

Responsibilities

• Create, research and maintain media/influencer lists for campaigns.
• Conduct media outreach and pitching.
• Monitor coverage across print, online, broadcast and social media.
• Gather and organize press clippings and trackers.
• Create client reports on media coverage and influencer results.
• Draft pitches, press releases, and briefing documents.
• Manage media/influencer requests.
• Coordinate product seeding, gifting and mail-outs.
• Prepare PR boxes and shipments.
• Manage shipment tracking and gifting inventory.
• Support influencer outreach and communications.
• Assist with events and activations logistics.
• Liaise with media, influencers, couriers and vendors.
• Assist with Rose PR's social channels and calendar.
