The City of Saskatoon is seeking a Lifeguard/Instructor to support aquatic programs under the supervision of the Recreation Technician 8 and 10. The role focuses on delivering swimming lessons, maintaining safety, and upholding health standards.
Applicants must hold Lifesaving Society National Lifeguard Certification (Pool Option), CPR Level C, First Aid/ Aquatic Emergency Care, Swim for Life, and Lifeguarding Instructor Certification, with Grade 10 education.

This position is a CUPE 59 position and will be filled in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Should it not be filled in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, external candidates will be considered.
Under the leadership of the Recreation Technician 8 and 10, this position performs lifeguard duties and provides instructional lessons in accordance with the health and safety procedures and standards established and/or adopted by the City of Saskatoon.
