Job summary

RBC Insurance is seeking self-motivated individuals to join our Field Sales team as accredited Life, Health & Wealth Advisors. You’ll provide life insurance planning and advice, using your own referrals and RBC client acquisitions to build a growing book of business.

You’ll prospect independently, promote a client-first approach, and leverage Salesforce to manage client relationships. A valid driver’s license and French fluency are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ professional sales experience.
• Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP), or willingness to complete before start date.
• Existing network of referrals and approved centers of influence.
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent and digital literacy.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and grow a new book of business through outreach and networking.
• Provide integrated life insurance planning and financial advice.
• Use Salesforce and client tools to manage relationships and opportunities.
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Leverage referrals and centers of influence to expand your book.
