Job summary

RBC Insurance is seeking a self-motivated Field Sales advisor to provide integrated life, health & wealth guidance. You will build a new book of business while leveraging your network of referrals and internal support to deepen client relationships.

Role requires a Life/ A&S license or willingness to obtain before start date, and a strong drive to prospect, network, and meet clients in a digital and in-person setting. Fluency in French is essential.

• Contribute to team sales success by achieving individual sales goals.
• Increase external networks through referrals and opportunities.
