Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Vancouver is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create purposeful moments for seniors with memory loss. You will develop Life Skills, engage residents daily, and organize enrichment groups to enhance quality of life.

The role requires 1+ year memory-impaired seniors experience, a HS Diploma or GED, strong communication and organization, and the ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability. Group leadership experience is a plus. Pay range 20.65–25.90 CAD/hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Responsibilities
