Licensing Examination Coordinator for Professional Regulator

Position: Licensing Examination Coordinator for Leading Professional Regulator

Type: Hybrid work model, 15-Month Maternity Leave

Location: Downtown Toronto

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000, 9am to 5pm

Who They Are Looking For

Located in beautiful downtown offices, this regulator is seeking an experienced Examination Coordinator with background in education, medical, or regulatory industries to assist with planning and delivering examinations for licensing candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Support candidates applying for accommodations by interpreting and assessing confidential documents, developing accommodation plans, and maintaining communication.
  • Coordinate schedules, contracts, venues, and services for secure licensing examinations.
  • Monitor registration numbers and proctor rosters, adjust contracts, and reallocate resources as needed.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries, concerns, emergencies, and on-site illnesses.
  • Manage examination expenses, revise cost projections, and handle payments for proctors and third-party services.

Qualifications

  • College diploma in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in event delivery, customer service, or administrative roles within education or regulatory environments.
  • Proven administrative and project management skills, preferably in a client-focused setting.
