Inland Truck & Equipment is hiring a Truck & Transport Technician for our Prince George, BC location. The role focuses on repairing and maintaining diesel trucks to factory specs, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and customer service.

The ideal candidate has a licensed Truck & Transport Technician credential, 5+ years of related experience, and solid computer skills to access diagnostic and service systems.

Qualifications

• Requires a licensed Truck & Transport Technician with relevant apprenticeship or certification.
• Minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealer/factory software and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Perform work per repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose and repair truck performance issues.
• Coordinate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Save and tag parts for warranty or customer requests.
• Inspect vehicle and identify additional safety or service needs.
• Document all work on the repair order.
• Road test vehicles when required.
• Participate in manufacturer training and events.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
