Job summary

TEN Canada Ltd. seeks a Licensed Trailer Technician (Red Seal/Journeyman) to service and repair electrical, brake, suspension, and related trailer systems at our Delta, BC facility. You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, and log repairs for our extensive trailer fleet.

Reports to the Service Manager and supports a demanding, safety-focused shop environment. We offer a full-time night shift with a 4-day work week, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, competitive CAD pay, comprehensive

Qualifications

• Red Seal endorsement as a Licensed Trailer Mechanic, Heavy Duty Equipment Technician, or Truck and Transport Technician.
• Hands-on experience in trailer service, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Strong knowledge of structural, electrical, suspension, and braking systems.
• Physical capability to lift up to 85 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical, brake, suspension, landing gear, frame, air/hydraulic, and reefer systems.
• Using advanced diagnostic tools and hand tools to isolate and resolve faults.
• Performing scheduled preventive maintenance and validating completed work.
• Logging repair details and tracking parts via maintenance tablets.

Job Status: Full- Time

Shifts Available: Night Shift – Mon -Thurs 4Days/Week – 10 Hour Shift

• Reviewing manuals and staying current on emerging fleet technologies.

Qualifications

• Red Seal endorsement as a Licensed Trailer Mechanic, Heavy Duty Equipment Technician, or Truck and Transport Technician.
• Proven hands-on experience in trailer service, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Strong knowledge of structural, electrical, suspension, and braking systems.
• Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift up to 85 lbs in a fast-paced shop environment.
