Job summary

Alberta Health Services in Red Deer Regional Hospital is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join Unit 21 Ortho, Urology. You will provide safe, patient- and family-centred care as part of an interprofessional team, using nursing processes and critical thinking.

This temporary part-time position (0.76 FTE) includes shifts in a 12-week cycle with 32 shifts per cycle, and requires current LPN registration and BCLS-HCP. The role offers competitive compensation for Alberta.

• Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program.
• Active or eligible for registration and a practice permit as an LPN in Alberta.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Required Qualifications:

Additional Required Qualifications:

Surgical experience within the last 5 years.Inpatient Connect Care training.
