Job summary

Alberta Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for Red Deer Regional Hospital. You will be part of an interprofessional health care team delivering safe, patient- and family-centred care, following nursing processes and standards of practice.

The role requires completion of an accredited LPN program, active CLHA registration, and BCLS-HCP. Surgical inpatient experience and Connect Care training are valued. Position is 0.76 FTE on varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program.
• Active or eligible for registration and a practice permit as a Licensed Practical Nurse with CLHA.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Required Qualifications:
