Job summary

Réseau de Vie Confort Foyers de Soins Francophones NB is seeking permanent full-time LPNs entitled to work in New Brunswick or able to transfer their license. You will provide nursing services to residents under the nursing process and work within the scope defined by the ANB LPN.

This role involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and supervision by a registered nurse. You will assist in orientation of new personnel and residents/families, document care, participate in care

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed to practice in New Brunswick.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Eligible to transfer license to NB if coming from another jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in nursing care using the nursing process within NB scope of practice.
• Works under direct or indirect supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assists in orientation of new personnel and residents/families.
• Documents resident care according to policies and procedures.
• Provides leadership and guidance to resident attendants in daily living activities.
• Maintains resident confidentiality and privacy.
• Participates in care planning and prioritizes clinical workload.
