  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  • Educate patients and their families on self-care and disease management.
  • Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance nursing skills.

Skills

Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Ontario
