Job summary

Alberta Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join an interprofessional health care team at the Vermilion Health Centre. You will provide patient- and family-centered care under the supervision of the health care team, aligned with legislation, standards, policies, and procedures.

The position is 0.73 FTE on a temporary part-time basis, with shifts scheduled in a rotating days/nights/weekends pattern. A criminal record check is required prior to start.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program.
• Active or eligible for registration and a practice permit as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA).
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
