Job summary

Saskatchewan Health Authority seeks a Part-Time Registered Practical Nurse to join The Border-Line Housing Co. in Carnduff. You will provide nursing care in a multi-bed long-term care setting, supporting residents and families with education and care planning.

Requirements include a Practical Nursing Diploma and LPN licensure with CLPNS eligibility. English proficiency is essential; experience is not required. 0.86 FTE with days, nights and weekends shifts offered.

Qualifications

• Practical Nursing Diploma required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required or eligible.
• Membership with CLPNS (College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK).
• English language proficiency.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Performs routine procedures such as recording vital signs and administering medications while also providing specialized treatments for progressive and chronic conditions. Provides educational and emotional assistance to residents and family members. Assesses residents and develops, implements, reviews and evaluates resident plans of care.
