In addition to a competitive pay rate, AHS offers a Remote Retention Allowance of up to $3,000 annually. This non-pensionable allowance is paid hourly for all hours worked at the basic pay rate.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be part of an interprofessional healthcare team, utilizing nursing processes, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Guided by your education, experience, and AHS policies, you will provide safe, quality, patient- and family-centered care, reflecting AHS's shared vision and values.
