Qualifications
- Licensed RPhT in good standing with College of Pharmacists.
- Liability insurance to legally practice as an RPhT.
- Minimum 1 year of continuous pharmacy experience (Long Term Care, Hospital or Retail).
- Experience with high-volume filling environments is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Bilingual English/French is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of prepared medication by checking prescriptions for legal compliance and quality.
- Count and reconcile narcotic and controlled medications.
- Maintain organized workflow to meet delivery schedules.
- Protect patient privacy and confidentiality per regulations.
- Stay current with laws, standards, and workplace policies.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
