Qualifications

• Must be a registered pharmacy technician with the appropriate association.
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to implement procedures for moderately complex systems.

• Excellent cash handling and customer communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer prescriptions and gather required information.
• Maintain patient and drug information files.
• Verify products prepared by others for accuracy.
• Prepare labels and affix labels to containers.
• Reconcile accounts and collect outstanding amounts when necessary.
• Retrieve, count, weigh, measure, mix and reconstitute medications.
• Price prescriptions and prepare receipts and letters.
• Stock medications and monitor stock levels.
• Maintain perpetual inventory in Kroll and protect privacy.
