Job summary

TEN Canada Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Mobile Trailer Technician (310J/310T) to service commercial trailers across the Greater Toronto Area. You will travel in a company truck, diagnose and repair a variety of trailers, and maintain service records.

Qualifications

310J/310T Technician Certification and License.
Proven experience as a Trailer Service Technician.
Knowledge of trailer systems including electrical, suspension, braking, and structural components.
Commercial trailer repair experience.
Preventive maintenance inspections.
Air brake systems.
ABS diagnostics.
Electrical troubleshooting.
Suspension repair.
Wheel end repair.
Tire replacement.
Welding and fabrication.
Lift gate repair.
Reefer trailer repair.
DOT inspections.

Responsibilities

Travel throughout the GTA using a fully equipped company service truck.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, brake, suspension, ABS and structural trailer issues.
Perform preventative maintenance inspections (PMs).
Repair dry vans, refrigerated trailers (reefers), flatbeds, chassis and specialty trailers.
Complete emergency roadside repairs.
Perform welding and fabrication repairs.
Maintain accurate service records.
