Job description

Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Hybrid

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
  2. Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
  3. Create individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
  4. Meet regularly with patients for counseling and treatment adjustments
  5. Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress
  6. Involve and advise family members when appropriate
  7. Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree or higher in related fields (Required)
  • Full, active LMFT, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist license (based on office location). No intern or associate level applicants.
  • At least 2 years' experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus but not required
  • Maintain professional licensure/certification throughout employment
  • Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (preferably NextGen)
  • Computer literacy across various applications
