Responsibilities: Lead DBT group sessions, turning each one into a masterclass of skill-building and support. Support clients with individual therapy sessions focusing on honing your DBT expertise and fostering client growth. Collaborate with our passionate, supportive, and seasoned team. Requirements: Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Current independent licensure from the State of MN (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP) OR on track for LICSW or LPCC licensure Passionate about diving into DBT therapy with an eagerness to learn and grow. DBT experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills and a knack for building rapport with clients. Empathy, compassion, and a desire to make a positive impact. Actual compensation may vary as determined by licensure, education, experience, skillset, FT/PT status, and schedule. Pay Range: $55,000 - $85,000 per year
