Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Full-Time Opportunity in California

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you’ll provide personalized therapy services, helping clients navigate their challenges. We foster a collaborative and supportive atmosphere where both clients and therapists can thrive.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate individual, couple, and group therapy sessions to support emotional well-being.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments to identify each client’s specific needs and strengths.
  • Design and modify treatment plans to guide clients toward their personal goals.
  • Maintain thorough records of client progress and therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to care.
  • Provide crisis intervention and emotional support as needed.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health practices.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
