Cascade Carriers L.P. is seeking a dependable Licensed Heavy Equipment Technician (On Road) to service our fleet out of Sherwood Park, AB. You will perform inspections, diagnose issues, and complete repairs to minimize downtime while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Licensed journeyperson mechanic with experience operating heavy equipment.
Must be capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Demonstrated ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and work in a team or independently.
Willing to complete WHMIS, TDG, Forklift, Confined Space, Fall Protection training, etc.

Responsibilities

Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on fleet vehicles to minimize downtime.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, brake, suspension, and component issues and complete repairs efficiently.
Ensure work complies with manufacturer specs and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a clean and safe work area and document inspections and maintenance activities.
Communicate with coworkers and supervisors and adhere to company policies and quality standards.
