Job summary

CSN Collision in the Kitchener-Waterloo region seeks a Licensed Auto Body Technician to restore damaged vehicles to their original structural integrity, function, and appearance. The technician reviews work orders, assesses repair costs, and plans the required repairs with attention to OEM procedures.

The role requires 3+ years of auto body repair experience, relevant licenses or programs, and the ability to read estimates. Tools and safety gear are expected from the candidate.

Qualifications

• Auto body repair experience required (3+ years).
• Must read and understand repair estimates.
• Ability to disassemble/reassemble vehicles and inspect damages.
• Experience with frame straightening and welding.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders and plan repairs based on estimates.
• Inspect collision damage and ensure doors, windows and controls work.
• Perform structural/body repairs and straighten frames as needed.
• Weld using MIG and compression spot welders as required.
• Dismantle damaged areas, replace parts, and reassemble vehicles.
