FIX AUTO WATERLOO is seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician to restore damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition with safety and quality top of mind. You’ll work with a team of professionals dedicated to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

In this role you’ll perform structural and non-structural repairs, replace components, follow manufacturer repair procedures, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while upholding high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving vehicle technology.
  • I-CAR training, OEM certifications, or related credentials are an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Performing structural and non-structural collision repairs.
  • Removing, repairing, and replacing damaged components.
  • Performing body repairs, panel replacement, alignment, and related procedures.
  • Following manufacturer repair procedures and industry best practices.
  • Using repair equipment and tools safely and effectively.
  • Inspecting completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Working closely with estimators, painters, technicians, and management.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Helping ensure every vehicle leaves the shop looking and performing as it should.

The Role

As a Collision Repair Technician, you’ll be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.
