Job summary

Purolator is seeking a licensed 310T Diesel Mechanic in Pickering, Ontario to service delivery vehicles and related systems.

The role offers a pay rate of $49.45 per hour with a Monday to Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., totaling 40 hours weekly.

You will inspect, diagnose, repair and maintain mechanical, electrical and electronic components, document work orders, and provide emergency roadside service when needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 310T trade certification.
• Five years of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining automotive equipment.
• Class G driver's license with clean driving history and no criminal record.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, diagnose, and repair delivery vehicles and related systems.
• Document work orders, order and install parts, maintain inventory, and coordinate preventative maintenance.
• Identify quality-control issues and determine repair options, including rebuild or repair.
• Provide emergency roadside service and coordinate towing when on-site repair isn't possible.
