We’re currently looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team at Braddan Private Hospital in Vancouver’s beautiful Kitsilano neighborhood.

The Opportunity: Licensed Practical Nurses (Casual and Part-time)

Responsibilities
  • As an LPN at Braddan, you’ll play a vital role in delivering resident-centered care. You’ll be responsible for assessments, medication administration, and leading care teams to ensure every resident receives the quality support they deserve.
  • Supporting resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Completing resident assessments and helping with care planning
  • Administering medications, treatments, and wound care
  • Documenting care using PointClickCare and completing MDS assessments
  • Liaising with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Delegating tasks to care aides and participating in care conferences and medication reviews
Qualifications
  • LPN in good standing with BCCNM
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification
  • Comfortable with electronic documentation and eMAR systems
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Previous long-term care experience preferred
