Job summary

Schenk UK is recruiting an experienced LGV Driver (Class 1 ADR) to join the team based at Stockton, operating a Tuesday to Saturday Nights shift pattern. Potential earnings of £60,000 to £75,000 per annum.

Requirements include a Class 1 licence with up to six points, tachograph card, Driver CPC, and ADR licence (all classes except 1 & 7). A strong understanding of Driver Transport Legislation and a safety-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid LGV Class 1 licence with no more than six points.
• Tachograph card is required.
• Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) must be held.
• ADR licence all classes except 1 & 7 must be valid.
• Strong understanding of Driver Transport Legislation.
• Demonstrated safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Operate LGV Class 1 tanker vehicles.
• Adhere to tachograph rules and driver regulations.
• Ensure ADR/CPC compliance in daily operations.
• Follow shift pattern (Tuesdays to Saturdays, Nights) and routes as scheduled.
• Maintain vehicle safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

We are looking for an experienced LGV Driver (Class 1 ADR) to join our team based at Stockton, working a Tuesday to Saturday Nights shift pattern. Potential earnings of between £60.000 and £75,000 per annum.

Vereisten

• An LGV Class 1 licence with no more than six points
• A tachograph card
• A Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
• A valid ADR licence all classes other than 1 & 7
• A strong understanding of Driver Transport Legislation
• A safety focus

Tanker Experience Preferred

• Minimum 2 years Class 1 experience
• Overtime is available, CPC training hours, courses and CPC accreditation and driver medicals are all paid for. Full PPE is provided.
