Kepler Academy in Edmonton is seeking a Level 3 Early Childhood Educator to join our Sun Life Location. You will lead activities that support infants to out-of-school care, foster growth, and ensure children's safety in a dynamic childcare setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Alberta-based Child Development Certificate.
• Must hold Standard Child Care / Level C First Aid.
• Must have a Vulnerable Sector Check within past 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement child-care programs supporting physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
• Lead activities: stories, songs, games, local outings, creative expression.
• Maintain a healthy, secure, and engaging learning environment.
• Assess children's abilities and progress; discuss with parents and staff.
• Observe for learning or behavioral concerns and prepare reports.
• Support eating, dressing, and hygiene routines.
• Collaborate with coworkers and community service providers.
• May supervise other educators and assistants; assist with classroom upkeep.
